With spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a private hot tub, outdoor sauna, and a large backyard with games and lounging spaces, Cabin 265 offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

The Space

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. One bedroom feature ensuite bathrooms for added privacy.

The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Coffee makers, and a large island with wine cellar and bar seating. The dining area comfortably seats 8, perfect for meals with family or friends.

Step outside to enjoy Sedona’s stunning surroundings. Lounge by the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for a sunset barbecue.

The backyard offers plenty of fun: a fire pit for stargazing, bocce ball, and interactive putting green, and space for kids and pets to play. Relax, entertain, or explore — the choice is yours.

A covered deck takes up much of the expanse of the house, providing dining areas, multiple seating areas, and a barbecue grill that is guaranteed to be a hit! The recently landscaped yard is pleasing to the eye and the views of the red rocks beyond are pleasing to the soul, especially as the sun sets behind them, seeming to set the red rocks alight with fire before the night sky turns in for the evening.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the backyard, pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room. The supply closet is locked.

Safety & Fire: NO FIRES May 1 – October 1 or when requested by host due to fire risk.

Pets & Wildlife: Please do not feed or approach wildlife (javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats).

House Rules:

No mountain bikes or muddy shoes inside.

Do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Use your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc.) and log out before checkout.

Lost Items: We are not liable for items left behind. Shipping charges apply: $50 + cost of shipping.
